At Rogue we offer multiple Open Gyms for different age groups!

Friday Night Open Gym (FNOG) is for ages 5-14 and is from 7-10pm every Friday night!

Tuesday & Thursday Night Adult Open Gym (18+) costs $10 and goes from 8pm to 10pm!
